We do not guarantee specific technical, financial, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

4. Client Obligations

• Maintain backups of your systems and data
• Ensure you have the legal right to grant us access to systems when required

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, reports, documentation, tools, and materials created by Soft Launch remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use deliverables internally for your business.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• When required by law or legal authority

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Launch shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nice, France, unless otherwise agreed.
